Wellness is a Choice
Wellness is a choice. We can choose wellness by making good decisions about
sex, drugs and rock-n-roll. In other words, we have the ability to determine our own level of wellness. Our behavior has a great deal to do with our health. When we make choices based on the best information available to us we significantly increase our potential for a positive, healthy life. If our goal is for a full and rewarding life, there are many ways to achieve this.
