Welcome to Community Care
On July 1, 2019, Community Care will begin to manage behavioral health services for individuals who reside In Bedford and Somerset Counties and receive Medical Assistance benefits through the Pennsylvania HealthChoices program.
Community Care is holding Information Sessions for network providers. These sessions will include an overview of Community Care and a choice between Administrative and Clinical sessions. Administrative sessions will cover network credentialing and contracting, and provider reimbursement. Clinical sessions, which will include an overview of Quality Management activities and the role of providers, will focus on Adult Behavioral Health Services, and Children’s Services.
Duplicate sessions are offered in each county on different days to accommodate providers’ schedules. All of the provider trainings, offered at no cost to the provider, are being held at one of the below locations on the dates listed.
- Bedford – June 11th & June 19th: 1-4PM
