In Lieu of Services

Drug and Alcohol Intensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adults generally provide 9 – 19 hours of structured professionally directed programming per week. The program of services consists primarily of counseling and education about addiction-related and mental health problems. The patient’s needs for psychiatric and medical services are addressed through consultation and referral arrangements if the patient is stable and requires only maintenance monitoring of these conditions

Drug and Alcohol Level of Care Assessment
A face-to-face evaluation of the client to ascertain the degree and severity of alcohol and other drug use in order to determine the appropriate services and/or treatment modality.

Drug and Alcohol Partial Hospitalization
This service is provided in a providers office, during daytime hours, several days per week.  They include visits to a doctor, counselor, or therapist to help you stop using drugs and alcohol.

Drug and Alcohol Targeted Case Management
A case manager helps individuals to set and reach their goals while assisting them in obtaining services within their community.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team
A recovery-oriented approach to supporting youth and adults who are diagnosed with both a mental illness and an intellectual disability. This program offers a comprehensive team approach to mental health treatment and service coordination for individuals with behavioral health challenges who have not progressed in their recovery after receiving more traditional behavioral health services.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services assist individuals 18 years or older with functional impairments resulting from mental illness to develop, enhance, and/or retain psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal adjustment, work related skills, and/or independent living competencies so that they experience more success and satisfaction in the environments of their choice and can function as independently as possible.
