Training: Providing Great Customer Service within BH/PH Organizational Settings

This training is targeted for anyone interfacing with people who suffer from a mental illness or substance abuse problem.   The training will equip participants with techniques, skills, and understanding on how to offer high quality customer service to this population.  Administrative Assistants/secretaries and those who have initial contact within your organization will learn how their role has a very important part in providing great customer service.
